I achieved a 70% pass rate at initial CV screening across 80+ applications, and ultimately secured a place on British Airways' £34k Commercial Business Scheme, selected from over 2,700 initial applicants. Farrah's coaching was transformative.

Some rough stats from joining Career Launch Club: 35 applications, 6 assessment centre invites, 5 assessment centres attended and 3 job offers. That's a huge difference from my previous attempt at grad scheme season, where I only had two final round invites. The only difference between the two attempts was being a member of CLC and actively making the changes Farrah recommended.

After months of grinding, grafting and growing, I've been offered a spot on the easyJet Holidays Commercial Graduate Scheme. It's still sinking in, especially because I was one of only 2 people selected out of 1,000–2,000 applicants. A few months ago I didn't even think I was capable of pursuing grad schemes given my disability.

She goes above and beyond with her feedback and invests so much time into whatever you need, whether it's research before an interview or a boost of confidence after a rejection. If you don't believe in yourself, Farrah sure will. I accepted a job offer that ticks all of my boxes, and secured a 25% salary increase from £30k to £40k, within just 12 months of my last role, something I didn't think would be possible.

Farrah significantly assisted me with tailoring my CV and cover letter. From the 40 applications I sent out I got past the first stage 33 times and made it to the final interview 8 times. From there I was able to land a job. Juggling grad applications alongside final year exams was intense, but Farrah was extremely supportive and gave me great advice throughout.
